Shipping & payment

We deliver within Germany and to the European countries listed below. Worldwide shipping is generally possible, but cannot be offered as a flat rate due to the delivery and shipping costs depending on many factors. If your country is not included in the list of delivery countries, please contact us by e-mail at shop so that we can calculate the shipping costs individually for you.

Depending on package dimensions, package weight and destination country, we ship with DHL or DPD.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery of the goods in Germany is usually within 1-3 business days, abroad usually within 3-10 business days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

Our shipping costs include VAT.

We currently deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

From 250,00 € goods value: Free shipping
From 100,00 € goods value: 12,50 €
Below 100,00 € goods value: 19,80 €

Payment methods

Payment for the ordered goods can be made in advance or by PayPal. Depending on your billing address, PayPal offers several payment methods, including credit/debit card, SEPA, Bancontact, BLIK, eps Überweisung, giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, Przelewy24 and Sofort. Not all payment methods require a PayPal account.
Registered customers with a billing address in Germany can also purchase on account from their second order.
