The ORTLIEB Water Ballast Bag is versatile and can be stored in a small space when not in use. The practical buckles on the handles make it easy to attach to a backpack or harness, or to hang from a branch or vehicle. It is made from a heavy-duty fabric that is tear and waterproof on the outside and has an inner coating that is also suitable for drinking water.
The ORTLIEB Water Ballast Bag is ideal for weight compensation when paragliding, but can also be used as a camping shower or as a seat and head cushion. As it can be inflated instead of filled with water, it can also be used as a diving buoy.
The possibility of combining it with outdoor hand filters for drinking water purification and the ORTLIEB Drinking Tube (HG1420), available as an accessory, make it an indispensable companion on any outdoor adventure.
